ABM events and courses postponed until second semester

Due to the coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic, we have taken measures to comply with the Brazilian authorities’ regulations and guidelines relative to social distancing and restrictions on crowding.

Our entire team is working from home. This scheme had already been partially adopted in January, when we started the renovation of our São Paulo headquarters to house the Cultural Center. Because the most important thing at the moment is to preserve everyone’s health and integrity, we are interrupting this work as of March 23 for an indefinite period.

Should you require any assistance, please contact us by e-mail or telephone. See how to get in contact with us.

Courses

All classroom courses scheduled for the first half of the year have been postponed. Activities in our São Paulo headquarters and regional units are expected to be normal again as of August. For more information, please visit www.abmbrasil.com.br/cursos and should you have any question, please send an e-mail to cursos@abmbrasil.com.br.

Events

Likewise, all events that would be held in the first half of the year have been postponed.

The Latinoamerica Experts - 3rd Cold Rolling Meeting, scheduled to be held from March 25 to 26, was postponed to August 5 and 6, in Joinvile (state of Santa Catarina), whereas the Latinoamerica Experts - 9th Hot Rolling Meeting, which would be held from April 23 to 24, in Vitória (state of Espírito Santo), was postponed (at first) to September 17 and 18, in the same place.

The 12th WSSO - Safety, Occupational Health, and Process Workshop, which would take place from June 23 to 25, was rescheduled for August 25 to 27, at the Usiminas Cultural Center, in Ipatinga, state of Minas Gerais.
